Clear answers without artificial AI copy

Many so-called GEO pages use mechanical short answers, restate the question and then produce generic lists. That can be readable, but it is not a quality signal by itself. The real question is whether the page solves an information task better than existing alternatives.

We use concise answers where appropriate and then add specialist depth: limitations, examples, differences, evidence and implications. A paragraph can be understandable to both buyers and retrieval systems without sounding machine-generated.

Create original information

Google emphasizes valuable, unique and non-commodity content for generative search. In B2B, first-party data, real market observations, specialist experience, transparent methods, cases and credible comparisons are particularly useful.

A page that simply summarizes the dominant search results adds little. Before creating content, we identify what information is genuinely missing and what the company can credibly contribute itself.

Integrate sources and evidence

Claims about markets, regulation, technology or platform functionality should be traceable. We prefer primary sources and current official documentation before secondary commentary.

Sources are integrated into the argument rather than added as a decorative list. The copy explains what a source supports and where our own interpretation begins, improving transparency and reducing unsupported claims.

Structure for people and retrieval

Headings, clear paragraphs, tables, lists and precise internal links make complex material easier to navigate. They also help systems identify sections and relationships, but structure should follow the information rather than a rigid template.

Important facts remain available as HTML text. Relevant images receive useful alt text, structured data matches visible content and internal links connect specialist pages with services, markets, cases and author profiles.

Keep content current

AI search depends on changing sources and information environments. Platform features, regulation and market data can become outdated quickly, so content strategy needs a review cycle.

We do not simply update the date. Each review checks sources, core claims, product functionality, internal links and overlap with newer pages. Outdated pages are consolidated instead of creating endless variants.

From analysis to action

1Define relevant buyer and research questions.
2Review technical access and existing sources.
3Prioritize content, entity and source gaps.
4Monitor visibility by system and iterate actions.

Further AI visibility building blocks

AI Search for B2B

AI search is not a separate universe from SEO. Visibility still depends on indexable pages, clear information architecture, useful content, credible evidence and consistent expertise. The difference is that systems can retrieve sources across multiple subquestions and comparison tasks.

ChatGPT Visibility for B2B

There is no guaranteed placement in ChatGPT Search. A strong foundation includes public pages, access for OAI-SearchBot, clear information structure, useful content and externally credible expertise. The goal is visibility for relevant B2B questions, not merely getting the brand name mentioned.

Sources, Entities and Mentions

A clear entity is not created by adding as much schema markup as possible. It comes from consistent naming, unambiguous profiles, strong internal relationships, credible primary information and relevant external mentions. Structured data helps describe visible content in machine-readable form.

Measuring AI Visibility in B2B

We measure AI visibility by system and query set. This combines first-party data such as Bing AI Performance and Google Search Console with documented prompts, source observation and buyer-intent classification. A single “AI visibility score” can be an internal model, but it is not objective truth.

Connecting SEO and AI Visibility

Google confirms that SEO fundamentals remain relevant for generative search features. We therefore treat AI visibility as an extension of the search and content system: the same strong pages, a broader source perspective, more complex buyer questions and system-specific measurement.

Content for AI Answer Systems

Content intended to perform in AI answer systems should not be written in an artificial “machine-first” style. It primarily needs to answer a real user question precisely, transparently and with original value. Good structure helps without turning every page into interchangeable FAQ fragments.
