Market Demand & Search Reality
I assess whether real demand exists for your offering – not search volume, but whether your offering actually addresses genuine market needs.

Does Real Demand Exist – Or Only Assumptions?
Many companies enter markets assuming demand exists. Market research shows potential. But nobody has verified: Are people actually searching for this offering? Do they articulate their need the way the company communicates?
Reality is often different. People search with different words. They describe problems instead of solutions. They use workarounds, substitute terms, or ask AI systems in natural language. If your offering isn't connectable to this real demand, it doesn't exist for the market – no matter how good the product is.
I systematically assess: How does demand actually manifest? In search engines, in AI systems, in implicit patterns. Is demand viable, limited, or just phantom? The result shows whether your offering addresses real market needs – or misses demand reality.
Distinction from keyword research: This is not keyword research for SEO optimization. I don't assess how many people google a keyword, but whether real demand exists for your offering – whether people search for this need at all and whether your offering is connectable to the way demand is articulated.
What Is Assessed
Explicit Demand
What people directly and consciously search for: concrete search queries for products, services, solutions. Brand vs. category search. Purchase-proximate vs. information-proximate search patterns. I analyze volume, stability, and seasonality – and show whether explicit demand is viable or just niche.
Implicit Demand & Search Logics
What is searched without explicitly naming the product: problem, symptom, and situation searches. Workarounds, substitute terms, functional descriptions. I analyze how users think – not how companies communicate. Autocomplete, suggest, and SERP logics show where discrepancy exists between offering logic and demand articulation.
Demand in AI Systems
How do people articulate needs in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity? AI systems show natural language demand without keyword logic. I assess what questions are asked, what problems people describe – and whether your offering appears as solution.
Demand Distribution & Concentration
Where demand actually occurs – and where it doesn't. Few strong search paths vs. long, thin demand. Dependency on individual keywords or topics. Fragmentation vs. clear demand cores. I show whether demand is scalable or remains confined to few niches.
Market Misunderstandings & Phantom Demand
Where demand is assumed but not real. Internal assumptions without external confirmation. "Consulting narratives" vs. user language. Hype-driven search spikes without substance. Demand created only by marketing. I identify where companies miss demand reality.
Temporal Dynamics & Shifts
Whether demand is stable, volatile, or declining. Trend trajectories instead of snapshots. Shifting search intents. Early indicators of abandonment or substitution. I show whether demand structurally supports or if timing risks exist.
Demand Reality Check
The result is not a volume forecast, but a structural assessment: Does demand support your offering – or not?
Clear, Stable, Connectable
Demand is explicitly present, stable, and concentrated. People actively search for the offering or describe the problem you solve. Connectivity between demand articulation and offering language exists. Demand is strategically viable.
Present, But Fragile or Narrow
Demand exists but is fragmented, volatile, or niche-based. Dependency on few search paths or seasonal spikes. Connectivity partial. Demand suffices for niche play, not for scaling. Caution: Only feasible with adjusted expectations.
Strategically Not Viable
Demand is only assumed, not real. People don't search for this offering or articulate need completely differently. Phantom demand from hype or marketing narratives. No structural connectivity. Demand doesn't support. No-Go: Investment would result in high likelihood of capital loss.
Systematically Assess Real Demand
I assess whether real demand exists for your offering – not search volume, but structural demand reality. Clear assessment: viable, limited, or phantom.
